**Customer Care Representative - Call Center** is a vital member of our customer support team located on-site at the Batteries Plus corporate office and national headquarters in Hartland, WI. In this role as the **Customer Care Representative - Call Center** , you will answer a high volume of incoming calls in an inbound customer call center office environment. Our **Customer Care Representatives** **Responsibilities:**

* Interface with customers via phone, email, online media, survey platforms and mail - maintaining a positive representation of the company, stores and associated brand

* Act as a first contact point for all customers for technical assistance, cross reference questions, promotions, website navigation and order placement questions

* Identify, research and resolve customer issues using a variety of resources and document details using the call tracking application

* Communicate best practices, program options and policy elements with corporate and franchise owned locations

**Qualifications:**

* High school degree or equivalent required

* Minimum of six months experience in customer service

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Call Center experience helpful

* Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

* Associates Degree in business, communication or related field preferred

* Basic typing skills and working knowledge of MS Office or G-Suite

* Problem-solving abilities to provide solutions and resolve customer inquiries

* Passion for customer service

* Excellent organizational qualities

* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
