**Your mission**

Your mission as the Customer Care & First Impression Receptionist at Calico is to work closely with the Customer Care Team to provide a high-quality experience in support of our customers, vendors, and employees. This person will perform their job duties in a professional and friendly manner as the first point of contact supporting the Calico Corporate Culture and is the office of first impressions. The Customer Care & First Impression Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors and as such is the first impression for Calicos culture. It is this persons responsibility to approach each associate of Calico in a professional, welcoming manner routing all calls efficiently, appropriately, and in a friendly manner routing them to the right Calico resource. This person is responsible to ensure all visitor protocols are followed and adhered to thus ensuring guest safety and protecting Calicos intellectual property. This position will partner with the Customer Care Team to effectively support customers throughout their journey at Calico.

**Calicos Customer Care & First Impression Receptionist (****Full Time)....**

You play a key role in supporting a work environment where everyone can thrive.

* Primarily responsible to answer incoming phones professionally and courteously within 2 rings.

* Meet and greet all visitors/employees entering the Calico building, ensuring proper sign-in and security procedures are met.

* Accountable for securing and maintaining proper GMP and confidentiality documentation for all visitors.

* Maintain a neat and inviting Reception area for visitors and employees.

* Manage company overhead announcements.

* Handle all incoming calls and distribute to appropriate personnel.

* Continuously review incoming email from the information and fax in-boxes and route accordingly in a timely manner.

* Process customer account closures for fudge manual requests.

* Manage fudge success rep photo entry in NAV.

**Essential Requirements and Experience**

* Minimum of High School Diploma/GED or equivalency.

* Minimum of 3 years of reception/customer service/administrative related office experience.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

* Comfortable learning different types of basic office machines, copiers, scanners, e

* Experience with CRM, NAV and/or Business Central

* Computer literacy.
