In this role, you'll support patients and customers with their medical equipment needs, assist with intake, and deliver top-notch customer service. • Assist with patient intake and process orders for delivery, pick-up, or changes in service.
• Help customers with medical equipment and supplies, including adjustments, training, and demonstrations.
• Accurately complete order forms, determine charges, collect co-pays, and enter data into systems.
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and medical professionals while protecting patient privacy.
• Receive inventory, restock shelves, and label products in the retail area.
• Answer phone calls and assist retail customers in person

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the home medical equipment field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Medicare rules and insurance reimbursement (a plus!).
• Strong computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation.
• Attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork skills.
