Are you ready to shine and provide memorable customer experiences? As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers and ensuring their needs are met in a supportive, flexible, and engaging team environment.

Your role will involve promoting our premium car wash services, Clean Car Club memberships, and trendy retail items. Whether working at the car wash tunnel entrance, handling pump operations, or engaging customers in our retail store, every day presents fresh challenges and opportunities for growth.

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive average pay of $21 per hour (including base pay plus sales bonuses).

Schedule: We offer flexible schedules including daytime, evening, mid-week, and weekend shifts to accommodate your availability.

Location: Waterway Skokie - 9208 Skokie Blvd. Skokie, IL 60077. Other locations across Chicago are also available.

Qualifications:

• Bring your friendly and engaging personality. A positive attitude and a drive for success is essential!
• No experience is necessary, but background in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a current, valid driver's license.
• Exhibit a professional demeanor in line with company standards.
• Ability to perform essential functions safely.
• Comply with local state health codes related to food service; and
• Fulfill local state age requirements for the sale of regulated items.
• Complete all necessary training and certifications related to the job functions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance their experience as they visit us.
• Effectively promote and sell car wash services, memberships, and retail items, striving toward sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment both inside and outside for customers.
• Ensure store merchandise is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Accuracy in managing point-of-sale transactions and maintaining cash integrity.
• Adhere to all Waterway policies related to safety and operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Work primarily outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Capable of extended periods of standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks at a fast pace.
• Must have good vision and hearing abilities to interact effectively and safely.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English with team members and customers.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate data entry devices.
• Maintaining regular attendance is crucial, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
