  • Proactively engage with customers to assess their needs and foster loyalty, identifying immediate and future banking opportunities.
  • Complete thorough needs assessments to recommend personalized solutions for everyday banking, lending, investments, and business needs.
  • Guide customers in utilizing digital and self-serve banking options to simplify their transactions.
  • Support customers with their transaction needs based on branch traffic.
  • Build new relationships by generating appointments and actively engaging with the local community.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Manage risk within your portfolio to safeguard the Bank's assets and maintain lending quality.
  • Make informed credit recommendations for personal lending transactions, adhering to sound banking principles.
  • Become a vital member of a collaborative branch team, contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Deepen customer relationships by integrating marketing promotions into your conversations.
  • Organize work processes to maintain accuracy and thoroughness in customer interactions.
  • Take initiative to creatively enhance each customer's experience.
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve the overall customer journey.
  • Contribute to business goals and enrich the branch's customer service culture.

  • Fulfill all legal and regulatory obligations relevant to your role.
  • Handle complex tasks and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Analyze challenges and outline actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience; a post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Required registrations for selling investment products in Canada, and appropriate lending qualifications.
  • Working knowledge of customer banking needs and retail investment products.
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role, focused on providing personalized service.
  • Strong digital literacy in social media, mobile tools, and online applications.
  • A passion for customer service and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, resourceful self-starter with confidence in approaching customers.
  • Team-oriented with readiness to collaborate in different capacities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
  • Aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and responding flexibly to challenges.
  • Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Salary: $41,714.00 - $65,000.00

Pay Type: Salaried

The salary range may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. It can also include commission structures where applicable. Full-time roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.
