Customer Affairs Intern - Phildelphia Gas Works : Job Details

Support current outreach methods and research projects on low-income program participation. Leverage data to make impactful decisions within PGW low-income programs and grants. Assist customer affairs team in regulatory low-income customer reporting and transmittals. Work internally to maintain data updates in tracking files. Contribute ideas and propose solutions to improving current outreach and program effectiveness Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Psychology, or other related field of study. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Knowledgeable or willing to learn advanced Microsoft Excel Functions. Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with coworkers. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to develop creative solutions.
