- Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor account performance and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
