Custom Applicator - Cardinal Services : Job Details

Cardinal Staffing Services has an upcoming opportunity in Bascom, OH for a Custom Applicator. As a Custom Applicator for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in an outdoor environment and be involved in all aspects of crop product application including:

• Crop protection
• Crop fertilization

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $19/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shift - 1st 8am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities of the Custom Applicator:

• Operating high clearance sprayer and machinery
• Applying fertilizer and crop protection products
• Utilizing agronomy software

Work Environment of the Custom Applicator:

• Seasonal weather conditions

Required Qualifications of the Custom Applicator:

• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Valid Driver's License, CDL preferred but not necessary
• Experience working in agriculture and operating farm equipment highly preferred
• Ability to work overtime as needed
