Custodian - West Region - County of Arapahoe Colorado : Job Details

NOTE:The anticipated work schedule for this position will be Monday to Friday 4 pm to 12:30 am. Perform a variety of skilled labor duties associated with custodial work throughout county facilities. Work is of a changing nature and initiative must be used to be able to handle different situations as necessary. Duties Performs a variety of duties involving the maintaining and cleaning of Arapahoe County facilities. Essential functions include but are not limited to: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing restroom facilities and fixtures, replenishing restroom supplies, dusting and polishing furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment, emptying, cleaning and sanitizing centralized waste receptacles and removing debris, assisting with outside trash bins and debris, and washing windows, mirrors and walls.
