LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a part-time Custodian located at the Brookhaven IRS facility. Hourly pay rate: $30.61 per hour. This is a 3rd shift position / 10:00 pm - 2:00 am. Minimum (2) years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning. Hard surface floor care - stripping/waxing/buffing experience highly desired.
