Custodian - Colorado Academy : Job Details

Colorado Academy is looking for a talented and skilled member for the custodial department. The successful candidate will be an energetic person with a positive attitude who can work well with others and contribute to the departments goal of high-quality care of campus facilities. This is a full-time, 12-month, benefit eligible position that reports directly to the Custodial Supervisor. This is a non-exempt/hourly position. Performs custodial duties necessary to maintain campus buildings in exceptional condition, includes surface cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors. Requirements Clean classrooms, offices, bathrooms and common areas as directed by Head Custodian. Vacuum, sweep and mop floors. Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests. Identify and report possible repairs. Follow all health and safety regulations. Help with special event set- up. Monitor building safety and security. Qualifications.
