Perform the cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and inspection of all working parts for conformity to federal and state regulations to ensure readiness for production use. Tasks and Responsibilities: Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in detail without deviation. Safe operation of a lift truck. Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents.
