Custodian - Oregon Health & Science University : Job Details

Custodial Provide a clean environment for staff, visitors and patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Carpet vacuuming/edging. Dusting all surfaces. Dust mopping, wet mopping, sweeping. Remove litter. Cleaning glass - Doors and windows. Wash walls, doorframes, window ledges. Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms. Clean break areas and kitchens. - Refill dispensers, carts, shelves with needed supplies. Remove waste and cleans containers. Transport to central location. Dust blinds. Operate all cleaning and floor care equipment, buffers, wet vacuums, auto scrubbers, upright vacuums, and carpet extractors. Report broken and damaged items and building maintenance needs to supervisor. Litter Patrol. Provide an exterior environment free of trash and debris. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Patrolling for and removal of litter from grounds, exterior stairwells, entrances, and patios.
