Custodian - Diversus Health : Job Details

As an essential member of the custodial team, the Custodian performs various duties to maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of offices, hallways, common areas and restrooms. Ensures spaces are prepared for the following day by completing the following tasks, to include but not limited to: taking out the trash, tidying furniture, dusting surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and vacuuming carpets. Essential Functions: Sweeps and mops floors. Vacuums carpets. Cleans and sanitizes toilets, sinks and showers. Restocks disposable products as needed (e.g. soap). Wipes, dusts and/or washes mirrors, windows, and other applicable surfaces. Collects all garbage from assigned locations. Disinfects and cleans trashcans. Properly disposes of trash in appropriate dumpsters. Operates general cleaning equipment to include but not limited to vacuum cleaner, wet and dry mops, and brooms.
