The Custodian performs routine and general cleaning, maintaining assigned area(s) to meet staff, clients, and customer satisfaction. Essential Responsibilities: Clean and dust all horizontal and vertical surfaces including windows, doors, desks, shelves, intake vents, tables, chairs, and cabinets Maintain clean carpets by detailed vacuuming, spot removal and shampooing Perform hard surface care for tile, concrete, tabletops, drinking fountains, and counters including buffing, sweeping, washing, polishing, spot removal and disinfecting. Perform spot cleaning for walls, light switches, and doors as needed Service and sanitize restrooms by cleaning floors, bathtubs, showers, sinks, urinals, toilets, and mirrors Ensure cleanliness of kitchen counters, sinks, appliances, and floors Empty trash and recycle receptacles; replace liners as needed Assist with program space set up as directed (tables, chairs, etc.) Monitor and report maintenance repairs Organize cleaning supplies Maintain outdoor...Custodian, Property Management, Cleaning
