Custodian I - night shift - State of Colorado : Job Details

This position works the 4:00 pm -12:30 am shift. This position independently performs a range of tasks related to maintaining building interiors and furnishings in Capitol Complex managed facilities. Assignments may include keeping exterior walkways clear of debris and snow. A summary of the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Custodian/ Housekeeping Services Office and common area cleaning including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, multi-surface cleaning, brass cleaning and polishing, hard-surface floor cleaning and recycling. Restrooms cleaning including trash removal, fixtures, stocking supplies, sweeping and mopping.
