Job Summary Under general supervision, perform routine grounds maintenance, gardening work; and perform minor repair work as required for the efficient operation of the site. Plan, schedule and perform routine duties to maintain campus and grounds, cleaning and maintenance work in school, office or multi-purpose buildings of the District. Modern cleaning methods and the use and care of cleaning materials and equipment generally used in grounds maintenance work. Perform work requiring mechanical ability. The use of cleaning materials and equipment with skill and efficiently. Understanding and carrying out oral and written directions. Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relations with others.
