Custodian Full time AM - Holiday Inn : Job Details

Perform cleaning/sanitizing/stocking of restrooms and breakrooms. Perform cleaning; trash/recycling removal of all common areas and office areas. Removal of pool towels from pool areas. Perform cleaning of exterior and interior cleaning of offices and common area. Pressure washing of buildings and common areas, and basic facility inspections for deficiencies and debris. Stocking linen closets. Delivering villa inventory. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED preferred Experience in Team Cleaning concepts is a plus. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above. Ability to be self-directed. Skill in attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team. Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, 1 year of driving experience and meet company motor vehicle report guidelines....Custodian, Hotel, Property Management, Cleaning
