Custodian - Evening, F/T - Crookston : Job Details

Position Type: Maintenance/Custodial/Transportation/Custodian Date Posted: 8/7/2025 Location: Crookston High School Date Available: 08/18/2025 Closing Date: 08/28/2025 CLOSING DATE: Open until filled STARTING DATE: Monday, August 18, 2025 or as soon as possible WORK HOURS: Full-time, 8-hour position (Monday-Friday) from 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm. Some weekend hours may be needed due to extra-curricular activities as scheduled. JOB DUTIES: Cleaning Duties: Mopping, sweeping, vacumming, dusting, washing walls, windows, bathroom cleaning, emptying garbages and other custodial duties as directed. Other Duties: Unloading and distributing freight, minor grounds maintenance, and assisting in any project as directed by the building head. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and hold a valid Minnesota Driver's License. Basic maintenance knowledge and experience preferred. Must be a self-motivated worker. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check to be eligible for employment. SALARY: Based on the 2025-2026 Custodial Agreement salary schedule of Step 1 at $20.02 per hour.
