The Procurement & Supplier Diversity Office at the City University of New York (CUNY) is committed to evolving procurement into a strategic, centrally led function that exemplifies world-class effectiveness and efficiency. CUNY?s innovative and transformative eProcurement solution, by the Jaggaer platform (CUNYBuy) aims to enhance and streamline both procurement and accounts payable processes. Key objectives include leveraging global best practices alongside CUNY specific insights to deliver a user-friendly solution, simplify and streamline procure-to-pay business processes, and promote transparency through an integrated, accessible platform.
The Procurement Office seeks a CUNYBuy Support and Systems Manager, to be a proactive and forward-thinking individual who can work independently with minimal guidance. The role focuses on enhancing user experience and overall customer service by promptly addressing and resolving inquiries, thereby positively impacting the efficiency of the end-to-end procurement process. Reporting to the Director of Transformation, the primary goal of the incumbent is to oversee the current eProcurement solution and future implementations, facilitate system configuration and administration, along with design and deliver training and support material for all CUNY colleges and Central Office.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range is $95,879 - $106,439 , commensurate with commensurate with credentials, education, and experience.
