Brooklyn Park. Culturally Responsive Tutor Program Coordinator. Brooklyn Bridge Alliance for Youth (BBAY)The Brooklyn Bridge Alliance for Youth seeks a full-time Culturally Responsive Tutor Program Coordinator (CRTPC) to lead a tutoring initiative addressing academic disparities among youth in Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park. This grant-funded role (through June 2027) will recruit, train, and supervise diverse tutors, coordinate services across four high schools, and build partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations. The CRTPC will ensure programming reflects students racial, cultural, and linguistic identities, and supports their academic and personal success. Minimum Qualifications:Associates degree or higher. Two (2) years of experience in schools, youth programs, or community education. Experience working with multicultural (BIPOC and LGBTQIA ) communities. Valid drivers license.
