Cullman - Accounting / Data Entry Clerk - Full-time
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our local Accounting Team! The Accounting Clerk is responsible for various accounting and document management tasks handled at the Cullman dealership. Duties will include: scanning/indexing documents, logging vehicle keys, and daily departmental receipts. He or she must have strong data entry skills, be proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook, and be a dependable, positive Team Member!
Additional Responsibilities:
- Daily Deposits
- Balance Credit Cards
- Stock in Units
- Process Deal Paperwork
- Filing
- Data Entry
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Associate's Degree and/or 2+ years of dealership accounting experience are helpful, but not required
