Maintain knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and presentation. Create pastry menu items with guidance and constructive feedback. Operate efficiently in a clean, organized, and high-pressure environment. Assist in inventory rotation and maintenance. Adhere to NYC Sanitation Code policies and company guidelines. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills. Ability to consistently perform essential job functions safely and successfully. Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
