Position Responsibilities

• Master the fundamentals of culinary arts, including knife skills and food safety.

• Utilize proper food preparation and handling techniques in all cooking tasks.

• Work across various positions in our vibrant kitchen.

• Ensure proper and safe food storage practices.

• Plan and execute food production to maintain excellence in taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.

• Keep your work area organized, clean, and maintain all kitchen equipment.

• Adhere to health, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards consistently.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary arts graduates are preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of prior cooking experience.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask effectively.

• Willingness to travel to Uline's Northern WI supper club to assist staff as needed.
