We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to support diagnostic services using state-of-the-art imaging technology. Responsibilities Include:

• Perform CT procedures according to prescribed protocols using appropriate kV and mA techniques to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging.
• Conduct daily quality control calibrations and safety checks on CT equipment.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals per physician orders following strict protocol.
• Adhere to documentation standards and regulatory guidelines (logs, equipment reporting, charge capture, etc.).
• Apply ALARA principles in all imaging procedures to minimize radiation exposure.
• Retrieve, store, and manage both film and digital imaging data for radiologist interpretation.
• Coordinate and verify delivery and activity levels of radiopharmaceutical doses.
• Respond appropriately to patient needs throughout their visit to the Radiology department.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist (L.R.T.) with the New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH)
• ARRT Certification in Radiography and current ARRT-CT certification
• BLS Certification required
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience preferred
