Job Title: CT Technologist Location: Falmouth, MA 02540 Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Pay Rate: $55 - $60/hour Responsibilities:

- Perform CT scans using prescribed imaging techniques with attention to technical detail and patient safety.
- Operate scanners and related equipment, calibrating and adjusting as needed.
- Position patients appropriately and apply immobilization devices when necessary.
- Review imaging requests and clarify with providers as needed.
- Communicate procedures effectively to patients to ensure cooperation and reduce anxiety.
- Assist physicians or nurses during procedures; monitor patients as needed.
- Record and maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
- Apply proper radiation safety measures for patients and staff.
- Evaluate image quality and retake scans when necessary.
- Administer or assist in administering contrast media (if trained and permitted).
- Comply with hospital infection control, safety, and departmental policies.
- Participate in professional development and meet continuing education requirements.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver care with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiography Program.
- ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology.
- Valid Massachusetts State License in Radiation Control.
- Certified in CT by ARRT or completion of an accredited CT program.
- Experience Requirements (one of the following):
- 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, OR
- 1 year as a Radiologic Technologist at CCH, OR
- 1 year of recent CT Tech experience (within the last 5 years).
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
