Position Summary:

The CT Scan Department Supervisor will lead the operational activities within the department, working closely with leadership to enhance staff development and improve overall department functions. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment procurement, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, managing patient scheduling, ensuring safety for both patients and staff, monitoring operational efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and enhancing image quality. This position requires a blend of clinical skills and administrative duties, comprising up to 30% administrative work.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Radiography program; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Licensure, Certification, Registration:

• Connecticut Radiographer License
• ARRT (CT) Certification
• CPR Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
