CT/MRI Supervisor, Evening Shift

Location: New Hampshire

Our client for the following positions is an academic health system that reaches throughout New Hampshire and Vermont, an area renowned for its four beautiful seasons, scenic mountains, lakes and seashore, vibrant villages and cities, and low cost of living.

The CT/MRI Supervisor leads the team while working as a subject matter expert in the modality (either CT or MRI). They coordinate the technical staff on the team and oversee technical procedures and workflow to ensure safe and effective patient care. These sections of Radiology operate 24/7 so more supervision is needed for these growing sections of Radiology.

The CT Technologists perform exams requiring advanced technical CT skills and an understanding of complicated requests from specialized clinics. Technologists perform a wide variety of exams, from Cardiac CT to 3D Interventional Procedures. As the only Trauma One center in the state of NH, the CT Techs perform many high-acuity CT exams. The CT staff performs at the highest potential of their license. There is a strong, dedicated team of technologists providing both high-quality and high-acuity patient care.

The MRI Technologists work in an environment that challenges them with a fast pace and wide variety of advanced imaging exams including Breast Imaging, Cardiac Imaging, Functional Brain Imaging, Multi-Parametric Prostate Imaging and many different MRA studies.

It is a close group of energetic technologists who enjoy working together to provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients to receive exceptional-quality imaging. The team performs advanced imaging in a rural setting, giving you the opportunity to have professional experiences in our large medical system.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree with 3 years in the field (one year of which was in a leadership role) required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal skills by interacting professionally and appropriately with physicians, staff and administration.
  • Successful completion and graduate of an educational program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEA) as applicable.
  • ARRT certification required. CT or MR certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Siemens and GE preferred.
