CSS Shipping/Assembler III - 1st Shift - Award Staffing : Job Details

About the Opportunity:• Job Title: CSS Shipping/Assembler III• Pay Rate: $21.25/Hour• Location: Ramsey, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM• Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.2. Ability to use a computer including processing Oracle transactions.3. Ability to operate small air, hand, and electric tools.4. Ability to read operating instructions.5. Accurately read a tape measure6. Effectively communicate in English (read, speak, and understand)7. Work independently in a fast-paced team environment.8. Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. rarely.9. Walk, stand, bend, squat, sit, twist/turn, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary.10. Operate pallet jack (manual and electric)11. Steel Toed Shoes required.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Perform a wide variety of tasks to build, assemble, prep sub-assemblies, repair, move, and ship completed parts following established procedures and schedules.2. Assemble CSS parts.3. Pull stock CSS parts for shipping.4. Ship CSS parts.5. Complete Oracle transactions.6. Complete and maintain required paperwork.7. Verify parts meet quality standards.8. Communicate with other departments and/or carriers as needed.9. Operate pallet jack (manual and electric).10. Train other employees.11.
