Clinical Specialist Manager

The Clinical Specialist Manager of Neuromodulation plays a crucial role in our company's success by overseeing clinical development and leading the neuromodulation field team. This role involves strategizing to enhance team efficiency and productivity, developing and coaching clinical representatives, and managing administrative risks. The manager reports to the Regional Business Director.

  • Policy Compliance: Responsible for ensuring the clinical team adheres to company policies, procedures, and administrative responsibilities with integrity.
  • Team Management and Coaching: Manage and develop clinical representatives through field rides, meetings, and resource utilization to align regional goals, foster talent, and promote best practices.

  • Change Leadership: Demonstrate effective leadership to adapt to evolving customer needs and industry changes.
  • Recruitment: Collaborate with HR to attract and hire top clinical talent, maintaining a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
  • Sales Support: Support sales development through procedural training, service needs, and product knowledge.
  • Training and Certification: Attend IST trainings and participate in certifications.
  • Performance Management: Set objectives, conduct evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback to direct reports.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work with the Regional Business Director to align clinical team goals with regional sales strategies and revenue targets.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with team members and stakeholders regarding clinical activities and market changes.
  • Field Presence: Spend at least 60% of time in the field conducting rides with the clinical team.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Minimum of seven years of clinical experience in healthcare, with a bachelor's or master's degree.
    • Proven leadership and credibility within a team.
    • Effective conflict management and change implementation skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Energetic, organized, goal-oriented, and determined.

    The annualized base salary for this position is approximately $130,000, plus variable incentives as per the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan, and benefits detailed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, education, licensure, and organizational needs.
