The Cross-Utilized Airport Agent plays a key role in delivering Contour Airlines commitment to exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for performing a variety of functions at local or regional airports, including ticket counter, gate, and ramp operations. Agents will be fully trained to execute tasks associated with both customer-facing and aircraft servicing responsibilities, requiring work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Cross-Utilized Agents are expected to display professionalism, flexibility, and teamwork, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused airport operation.
