We strive to empower employees to become experts in their respective positions and provide the best to our clients.Requirements:Duties and Responsibilities:Partners with Producers to gather information and other supporting data to complete required applications, documents and reportsAssists with applications and producing necessary supplements and formsDevelop knowledge of insurance carriers processing systems to accurately administer applications, including production and acreage reporting by deadlines.Review all documents and policies for data and coverage accuracyPrepare and send correspondence on all new and renewal policies to the clientReport all new claims and manage ongoing claims as neededProcess policy cancellations and notify clientThoroughly document accounts using the agency s management systemMaintain working knowledge of crop insurance regulatory rules along with carrier regulations and policiesSkills and Specifications:Advanced knowledge of insurance companies and Crop regulatory agencies guidelines and underwritingStrong attention to detail especially in data entry and correspondenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDelivers results under tight deadlinesFollow instructions and tasks through to completionComputer proficient and knowledgeable with Microsoft OfficeEducation and Qualifications:Maintain a current California Property & Casualty Insurance LicenseMinimum of 2 years of Crop or Agriculture Commercial insurance account management experience or equivalent knowledge or education.Crop or Commercial underwriting experience a plus.High school diploma or equivalent.
