• Practice Independently in a full-service, Level 2 Trauma Center
• 26 ORs + 2 OB Suites | ~17,000 cases annually | ~4,000 births
• Case Variety : General, ortho, neuro, GYN, urology, GI, plastics, robotics, OB
• Skills: Regional Lines, epidurals , spinal s. Practice to the full scope of your training .
• Flexible Shifts : 10s, 12s, 14s, and 24s available
• Schedule : Standard day shift 7a–5p
• Independant Practice

Compensation & Benefits

• W2 Salary (based on experience):
• 0–2 yrs: $235,040
• 2–5 yrs: $260,000
• 5+ yrs: $291,200
• Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
• Relocation Bonus : $10,000 (with receipts)
• PTO : 7 weeks (includes CME)
• Full Benefits : Health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), malpractice
• CME Allowance : $ 1 ,000/year
• Employment Options : W2 or 1099 available
• CRNA Stipends Available

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active WA license, DEA, State CDS
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 1 year of experience
