About the job CRNA-Full-Time Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Location: Mercy Merced Medical Center, Merced, CAEmployment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)Position Summary:Mercy Merced Medical Center is a bustling hospital known for its diverse range of services, from obstetrics and a cardiac catheterization lab to a high-energy orthopedic department. We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who is eager to maintain and expand their skill set. • Hourly Rate: Starting at $200/hr on a 1099 basis
• Sign-On Bonus: Available for full-time CRNAs
• Referral Bonus: $500 for referring a CRNA who signs on full-time

Schedule & Call:

• Work Schedule: Flexible options, including 8, and 12-hour shifts for a total of 40 hours per week
• On-Call: CRNAs take first calls, with a post-call day off

Practice Model:

• Supervision model with daily support from three to four anesthesiologists in the ORs
