Coverage is for an ongoing need 3-6 months with option to extend!Qualifications:• License requirements: MI • Certification requirements: ACLS BLS, PALS• Any additional requirements specific to job: Vaccinated/accepting religious/ medical exemptionsJob Summary:• Shift times: 7a to 3p/ call hours: 3p to 7a • Call Details (if applicable): CRNA Call OB only 30 min response time• Coverage Model: 90% supervision • Case types (if applicable): ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular, Trauma, Ophthalmology• Additional details: 60-90 day Temps w/clear background; proof of epidurals, spinals • Additional Details: CRNA 3:1, MD 2:2 • EMR: Epic Benefits of Working with SMART:• Competitive hourly rates• SMART covers malpractice insurance• Paid travel and accommodations
