CRM System Administrator
Med Lien Solutions is currently hiring for a CRM System Administrator who would be responsible for maintaining and streamlining business processes and efficiencies within the CRM, overseeing the daily operations of the CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, and system functionality while acting as the primary internal liaison between different business segments (Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing).
We are seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce environments, with a strong ability to configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce to meet business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and ensure data integrity.
Workplace Type: Hybrid (headquartered in Michigan with the opportunity to work from NYC office up to three days a week)
Responsibilities:
System Configuration & Customization:
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
- Develop and automate business processes using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Optimize Sales Cloud functionality to support sales processes, reporting, and pipeline management
- Administer Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) to enhance external user engagement
Data & Reporting Management:
- Ensure data integrity through deduplication, cleanup, and validation processes
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions
- Monitor and improve data quality, implementing best practices for data governance
User Support & Training:
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve Salesforce-related tickets
- Train new and existing users on Salesforce features, best practices, and new functionalities
- Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles
Integration & Maintenance:
- Assist with integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications
- Perform regular system audits, upgrades, and testing to ensure optimal performance
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for business adoption
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional environment
- Proficiency in: Sales Cloud (Lead, Opportunity, Account Management), Experience Cloud (Community setup, user management, and customization), Flow Builder (building and maintaining complex automation)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets
- Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
- Familiarity with SOQL, Sandbox management, and change sets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90,000-130,000
