As a CRM Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting various teams. • Implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage execution and tracking of direct mail marketing activities to current and non-customers.
• Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns to current and non-customers.
• Analyze customer data to drive actionable insights and identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer data and campaign performance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of related experience in CRM or marketing roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
