Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant - Critical Care Nights Only (7p-7a)

Duties:- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Prescribe medications and treatments- Supervised by board certified intensivists- Tele-ICU support available as well- Implement infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe environment- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques

Experience:- ICU experience and procedures as APP or RN preferred but not mandatory

Requirements:- Valid NP/PA license in NC- BLS certification required; ACLS certification required- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
