Crisis Support Worker, Youth Mobile Crisis Unit, 40 Hours-W - UMass Memorial Health Care : Job Details

Partner with clinical staff to provide a mobile, on-site, face to face therapeutic response to youth experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Participate with crisis team clinicians, psychiatry, and other ESP staff as a member of a multi-disciplinary team devoted to linking the youth and their family to the appropriate level of care. Partner with guardians and family to assist them in engaging in the crisis intervention process, providing support, education, and linkage to community resources. Act as a bridge between families, agencies and community supports. Assures families full involvement in crisis intervention services including team's adherence to family voice and choice. Be an active participant in the multi-disciplinary team meetings and case discussions. Recognize and seek consultation as needed. Develop a training plan to enhance ongoing growth.
