Crisis Services Case Manager - Eyerly Ball - UnityPoint Health : Job Details

Provide case management services for clients according to program policies. Complete required paperwork and maintain client files in accordance with program rules and policies. Develop and maintain working relationships with other mental health practitioners, case managers, law enforcement officers, school personnel, hospital personnel, and other interested parties. Qualifications. Education: This position requires one of the following: A bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or High school diploma. Experience: Depending on an employee's education, one-two years of mental health or human services experience is required. License(s)/ Certification(s): Pass criminal records/child abuse checks completed by Eyerly Ball. Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by Eyerly Ball's auto insurance.
