Crisis Practitioner - Canvas Health : Job Details

This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.\n. Location\n. Shakopee, MN\n Schedule\n. Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm\n. Minimum Qualifications\n\n. Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral sciences.\n\n. AND\n\n. Completed 2,000 or more hours of delivering supervised services to clients with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance\n\n. OR\n\n. Currently serving a federally recognized tribe and meets the definition of \ vendor of medical care.\ \n\n. Preferred Qualification\n\n.
