The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower people with physical, developmental, intellectual, mental health challenges; those who have suffered a trauma; and those at risk, to enjoy lives of dignity and purpose. We are looking for a Crisis Care System Manager who demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community.
What you will be doing?
- Provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Crisis Care System, including Crisis Line/telephone services and Mobile Crisis Response.
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule volunteers and paid staff.
- Manage program development, supervise Crisis Care System staff, handle on-call duties, and respond to community requests for services.
- Work with service providers across the agency and community to meet client needs. 24/7 availability required.
- Assist with crisis response, including telephone and mobile crisis interventions.
- This position may include remote work components, subject to performance and operational needs.
- Complete reports timely (Productivity MRO, Outcome Measures, Billing Reviews, etc.)
- Ensure proper staffing and coverage, including overnight, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
- Adhere to financial guidelines and evaluate staff performance regularly.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed.
- Provide program coverage during scheduled or emergency situations.
- Schedule and lead monthly meetings, gather stakeholder input, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Train staff in necessary skills and tools, provide on-call supervision, and ensure documentation and billing accuracy.
- Maintain client and staff files, review documentation, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Participate in clinical supervision and maintain knowledge of program systems like Cx360.
- Oversee staff payroll, training compliance, and billing goals.
- Ensure quality crisis intervention services, community linkage, and promote diversity awareness.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human services (QMHP required)
- Preferred licenses: LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW
- Two+ years experience in behavioral health/crisis services preferred
- Strong communication, clinical, organizational, and professional judgment skills

- Ability to manage schedule and be available after hours
- Recognize emergencies, maintain client rights, and foster teamwork
- Participate in community and agency activities, maintain certifications, and uphold professional standards
