Criminal Background Specialist - OReilly Auto Parts : Job Details

Provides support to the criminal background check (CBC) coordinator, CBC provider and the Companys end users. Communicate CBC procedures to stores and DC management. Provides guidance to ensure employment eligibility meets company and legal guidelines/laws, as well as adjudicate decisional background checks to ensure it meet our company guidelines and adhere to local, state and federal laws. This position is an integral part of controlling employment risks. Works with the Director and Talent Acquisitions Manager with complex CBC issues. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Provide assistance with the company-wide criminal background check (CBC) program. After careful review of CBC make informed recommendations and decisions with regards to pre-employment and current employment eligibility based on company guidelines and state, federal, and/or local laws.
