Immediately hiring for an experienced Crew Foreman - Repairs Commercial Roofs. At Great Lakes Roofing Corporation we are looking for excellent coworkers. Our repair Crews provide on-site roofing repairs and customer service. As Foreman of your 2-person Crew, you'll assess the problem, discuss a solution, and then repair the roof to industry standards.

Responsibilities of a Crew Foreman - Repairs Commercial Roofs:Commercial Roofing Repair Crews start each day at the office.Receive your list of customers to visit, then head out with a company truck full of the supplies/materials you need for your day's repairs.Complete stellar repairs while adhering to safety standards and providing transparent communication.To end your day, check back in at the office and make a plan for the next day.This flexible rhythm allows each Crew of repair techs to recalibrate as needed to best serve our customers and the whole branch.

Requirements of a Crew Foreman - Repairs Commercial Roofs:

• Strong knowledge of roofing materials and procedures
• Strong communication skills to relay info to customers, crews, & staff
• Have the mobility to stand, bend & kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
• No fear of heights or confined spaces
• Have a current, clean driver's license
• Ability to meet established deadlines
