Our repair Crews provide on-site roofing repairs and customer service. As Foreman of your 2-person Crew, you'll assess the problem, discuss a solution, and then repair the roof to industry standards.Responsibilities of a Crew Foreman - Repairs Commercial Roofs:Commercial Roofing Repair Crews start each day at the office.Receive your list of customers to visit, then head out with a company truck full of the supplies/materials you need for your day's repairs.Complete stellar repairs while adhering to safety standards and providing transparent communication.To end your day, check back in at the office and make a plan for the next day.This flexible rhythm allows each Crew of repair techs to recalibrate as needed to best serve our customers and the whole branch.If you enjoy working on a hobby car, tinkering on small engines, or doing handy work around your house or cabin - you're a GLRC kind of person.
