ABR Employment Services is partnering with a company in Fall River, WI to fill a Credit Manager role. If you have an associate or bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field and five years experience in credit management and/or financial analysis, please apply and take the next step in your career. Summary The Credit Manager drives key decisions regarding credit extension and risk management. They set and enforce credit policies, assess credit data and financial statements of clients, and determine credit limits and terms. They work closely with the sales team, customer service and all levels of management to facilitate customer account management and work to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to credit.   • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures for the company.
  • Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers based on credit data and credit reports.
  • Make recommendations on credit limits and terms for customers based on analysis.
  • Process accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and address overdue accounts promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align credit strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts and credit profiles to mitigate risk.
  • Release jobs into production when credit terms have been approved.
  • Responsible for all postage payments.
  • Adhere to establish company policies and procedures.

    Supervisory Responsibility This position does not currently have supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This position primarily works in a standard office environment. Occasionally, this role is required to walk to various production areas which may be subject to moderate levels of noise. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk and working on a computer. They must be able to access all areas of the facility as needed. At times they must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. Travel Little travel is expected for this position. Education and Experience
  • Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field preferred.
  • 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management or financial analysis, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.
