Robinhoods Money customer management team develops groundbreaking products, designs state of the art decision frameworks, and builds systems that serve our customers. Our team seeks to push the boundaries of what consumer banking products and experiences can look like.

We are actively seeking talented professionals with a demonstrated background in credit limit increase programs for credit cards to help set up a best-in-class function. A function that not only delivers great financial results but delights customers by meeting their credit needs. This role is based in our Washington D.C., New York City, NY, or Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What youll do
  • Leverage data, technology and customer-back thinking to design initiatives that help us deliver solutions for increasing customers credit limit over time
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners from product,operations and engineering to launch new experiences that meet customers credit needs
  • Be entrepreneurial and seek information/data to solve complex problems
  • Take full ownership of Credit Limit Increase Program to drive the financial and customer outcomes in inherently complex environments
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders, tailoring content to the audience and ensuring alignment across functions
What you bring
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills
  • 7+ years of demonstrated ability building and leading strategies in credit limit increase programs
  • Experience in pay over time or personal lending is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with SQL / R / Python (Pandas, Scikitlearn etc.)
  • Experience in designing and interpreting randomized testing frameworks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex programs and focus on key areas of leverage
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$191,000 - $225,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$168,000 - $198,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$150,000 - $176,000 USD
