Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable

- Must have experience with cash applications

- Must have experience working with big-box retail stores

- Basic Excel knowledge

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and supporting our credit operations. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with flexible hours, allowing you to balance work and life effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer payments are accurately recorded and applied based on provided instructions, addressing any discrepancies by contacting customers before finalizing allocations.
  • Prioritize and expedite order releases efficiently while regularly monitoring pending requests, adhering to established credit limits and account delinquency guidelines.
  • Maintain and update designated fields within the companys address book, collaborating with the credit account manager to confirm changes and resolve uncertainties.
  • Support special initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion while maintaining effectiveness in daily responsibilities.
  • Gather essential dataincluding payment history, sales records, credit reports, financial statements, and trade referencesfor assessment by Credit Analysts and Managers.
  • Verify the completeness of new account documentation, retrieve credit reports, request trade and banking references, and compile files for further processing.
  • Review, process, and validate credit notes within established authorization guidelines, resolving discrepancies by returning incorrect submissions for revision.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55,000.00 per year.
