Community Care is hiring a Credentialing Specialist. This is a telecommute position with some office meetings in Waukesha or Fond Du Lac. Credentialing Specialist Job Summary:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining effective credentialing systems for acute primary, specialty and long - term care providers
  • Assists with network development and supports Provider Management department Credentialing Specialist Experience: Minimum three years of experience in medical staffing, credentialing, contracting and/or provider relations. Experience in an acute health care, long-term health care or health insurance environment required. Education: Bachelors degree required. Certifications/Licensures: None. Travel: Regular local travel, requiring use of personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance coverage.
