At American Endovascular we're committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services with integrity, compassion, and excellence. As part of our growing team, we're seeking a detail-orientedCredentialing/ Billing Specialistto help ensure our providers meet all regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and maintain provider credentials including licenses, certifications, education, and work history

  • Process initial and re-credentialing applications for insurance payers and hospital systems

  • Maintain and update credentialing databases (e.g., CAQH, PECOS)

  • Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewals

  • Communicate with providers to collect documentation and resolve discrepancies

  • Ensure compliance with NCQA, JCAHO, CMS, and state regulations

  • Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reviews

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and issue invoices for services rendered or products sold

  • Review financial statements to identify billing errors or inconsistencies

  • Process incoming payments and update customer accounts

  • Maintain organized billing records and documentation

  • Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and disputes

  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, customer service)

  • Prepare reports on billing activity and account status

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

  • 2+ years of credentialing experience preferred

  • CPCS certification a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credentialing software
